Specific to How We Work
Pre-Scope Check Included
Before any fitting is removed, we assess the existing shutoff valves, supply line condition, and surface state. This is included in the service — not charged separately — and it's what allows us to quote fixed prices with confidence.
Trap Selection for KL Conditions
On drain trap replacements, we select trap depth appropriate to the sink height and pipe run, not just the nearest fitting that fits. A properly sealed trap prevents drain odour from returning — which is a common issue when traps are replaced without considering seal depth.
Familiar with KL Building Types
Setapak terrace houses from the 1980s have very different plumbing arrangements from condominiums built in the 2010s. We know both, and we bring the right materials for each — which reduces the chance of a mismatch between the new fitting and the existing supply lines.
