Each visit follows the same sequence regardless of the service type. We assess before starting, work within the agreed scope, and test before leaving. This keeps the job predictable from both sides.
We don't take on every plumbing job that comes our way — just the three we've defined clearly. This means our team is practiced in exactly what we quote for, and we know the materials and steps involved well.

You describe the issue, we confirm which service applies and the price. No ambiguity before booking.
Pre-Work Assessment
On arrival, we check the existing setup — shutoffs, supply lines, surface condition — before touching anything.
Work Within Agreed Scope
We carry out the described service. If something unexpected appears, we stop and explain before continuing.
Flow Test & Completion Check
Every job ends with a live flow test. We don't leave until the work is confirmed functioning at normal supply pressure.
Payment on Homeowner Confirmation
You confirm the work is complete and correct. Payment is then collected — not before.

Tap Replacement Service
RM 250
Removal of a worn tap and fitting of a customer-supplied or recommended replacement. Includes deck or wall preparation, sealing, and a final flow test on hot and cold sides. We handle both mixer taps and separate hot/cold configurations.
What's Included
- Removal of existing tap and disposal of old fittings
- Deck or wall preparation before fitting new tap
- Thread compatibility check on supply lines
- Sealing with appropriate compound for surface type
- Final hot and cold flow test under live supply pressure
Tap supply: You may provide your own tap or we can source a suitable replacement. If supplying your own, share the brand and model when booking so we can confirm it fits the existing supply configuration.

Drain & Trap Combined Service
RM 320
Clearing of one slowed drain together with replacement of the matching under-sink trap. Useful where the drain has been slow for a while and the trap shows aging seals. Both issues are addressed in a single visit, which is more efficient than returning for the trap once the drain is cleared.
What's Included
- Clearing of one blocked or slowed drain
- Removal and replacement of the under-sink trap
- Trap depth selection appropriate to sink height and pipe run
- Seal integrity check at all connection points
- Drain flow test to confirm clearance
Best for: A drain that has been running slowly for several weeks, where the existing trap is several years old or visibly discoloured at the joints. Combining both tasks in one visit avoids a second call-out fee.

Two-Bathroom Plumbing Refresh
RM 1,460
A planned visit covering replacement of basin, mixer, and toilet across two bathrooms. Includes preparation, sealing, and complete operational tests on each fixture. This is the right option when multiple fittings in both bathrooms are due for replacement and you want to address everything in a single, coordinated visit.

- Basin replacement in both bathrooms
- Mixer tap replacement in both bathrooms
- Toilet replacement in both bathrooms
- Full preparation, sealing, and waste connection on each fixture
- Complete operational test per fixture before closing the visit
- Removal and disposal of all replaced units

What We Follow on Every Job
SIRIM-Registered Fittings
All replacement taps, traps, and fixtures we source are SIRIM-registered products, meeting Malaysia's product safety standards.
Proper Water Isolation
Supply is shut off at the correct isolator before any component is opened. We verify the isolation is working, not assumed.
Clean Worksite Policy
Surrounding surfaces are protected during work. All replaced materials, packaging, and debris are removed from the site when we leave.
Pressure-Tested Completion
Flow testing runs under live supply pressure — the same conditions as everyday use — not just a low-pressure trickle check.
Homeowner Confirmation Required
We don't consider a job done until the homeowner has seen the completion test and confirmed the work is in order.
Post-Visit Follow-Up
Our scheduling contact reaches out after the visit to check the work is holding up. Any reported issue is addressed promptly.
