Case 01 — Wangsa Maju
Kitchen Tap Drip After DIY Attempt
Challenge
Homeowner had replaced a kitchen tap themselves but the hot side dripped continuously. The tap was new but the supply line thread hadn't been seated properly during install.
What We Did
Removed and re-fitted the existing tap with correct thread engagement and appropriate sealing compound. No new tap needed. Surface prep repeated from the deck.
Outcome
Drip eliminated. Hot and cold tested under pressure. Visit took 55 minutes. Charged at the tap replacement rate as the scope matched.

Case 02 — Setapak
Persistent Drain Odour After Clearing
Challenge
Drain had been cleared previously by another provider but the odour returned within two weeks. The existing P-trap had a shallow water seal that wasn't retaining properly.
What We Did
Replaced the trap with a deeper-seal P-trap appropriate for the sink height and waste pipe run. Cleared the drain at the same visit. Both issues addressed together.
Outcome
Drain flows freely. Odour has not recurred in the six weeks since the visit. Follow-up confirmed by Norzaini at the two-week mark.

Case 03 — Kepong
Pre-Renovation Bathroom Fixture Refresh
Challenge
Homeowner was renovating two bathrooms and wanted all old fixtures replaced in a single visit before tiling started. The house was a 1990s terrace with older non-standard supply connections.
What We Did
Pre-visit WhatsApp check confirmed fixture models and supply line adaptors needed. Full two-bathroom refresh completed in approximately 6 hours. All six fixtures tested individually.
Outcome
All fixtures operational before the tiling crew arrived the following day. Renovation proceeded without plumbing-related delays. Charged at the two-bathroom refresh rate.
